Past Work
In the summer of 2019 I interned for Perspecta, which is now known as Peraton. While in this role I assisted with the management of the company's Facebook account, composed several employee profiles for the company website and social media pages (1-2-3) organized and executed photo shoots to add to the company's stock photo gallery, and produced internal communications for company newsletters which were shared on the company website and weekly company-wide emails.

-
-

Aside from shooting photos, I also hosted a movie podcast, wrote movie and tv show reviews, and wrote post-game and pre-game reports for our sport sections.

WPXI-TV
Creative Services Intern
In the spring of 2019 I served as the Creative Services Intern for WPXI-TV, the NBC affiliate in Pittsburgh. As the creative services intern, I was responsible for covering smaller events in Pittsburgh, like the Pittsburgh International Auto Show, the World of wheels custom car show, and several Pittsburgh Area high school plays. In addition to this, I also assisted in the News Studio during the 12:00 broadcast, running the teleprompter, helping with lighting, and other setup.
Photography Intern
Rails-to-Trails Conservancy
RTC is a nonprofit that helps turn old railroad lines into hiking and biking trails all over the country, as the photography intern I helped organize photographs for the online platform, wrote articles for RTC’s Trail-link website, and assisted with email and online marketing campaigns. This internship was the first time I got to write for anything online, and it was extremely rewarding to help out an organization that I liked so much.
Camp Conrad Chinnock
Camp Conrad Chinook is a summer camp for type one diabetics, and as a type one diabetic myself, I have been going ever since I was nine. After aging out, I was able to join the staff in the summer of 2017, 2018, and 2021 as a photographer and assistant program director. It was my job to capture hundreds of photos every day to then share to the camp Facebook page, which allowed camp parents to see what their children were up to and also allowed us to expand our photo library for future marketing purposes.
